The Gift Shop Opens
People have been asking me to bring back Posters of the Month.
There is a small group of collectors who have been diligent about collecting the posters over the years. At the same time, I always want a way for someone to begin collecting the work without immediately entering the limited-edition program.
So, The Gift Shop is here!
In the past, I ran a “Poster of the Month” program. The problem was that commercial work or life would get busy, I would miss a deadline, and eventually the rhythm would fall apart. This wasn’t fair for collectors and I’d feel awful.
This version is simpler - I will simply be running it like a normal gift shop, with posters.
The posters are 16 × 20 inch open editions for $95, same as before. They will be printed on museum-grade paper with archival pigments - also same as before! Shipping is free in North America, $10 elsewhere.
Unlike the older edge-to-edge Posters of the Month, the new releases have their own designed border and information system. I will also be bringing back selected images from the original Poster of the Month series in this new format for those who missed it.
If you were one of the lucky people who collected the original edge-to-edge versions, congratulations! Seriously! Those remain their own thing and a special pre-2026 collectable! And now you have another way to keep the collection going!
Some releases will come from new work. Others will come from more than twenty years of art and photography.
Two fresh posters are We Will Always Wander, and We Don’t Know What Happens Next. Both were photographed in Redding, California in 2026. I love both because the eye never quite settles. I feel these are simply meditative pieces the eye keeps moving through the water, skin, light, reflections, and distortions.
There are now 10 poster designs in The Gift Shop - some recognizable and some completely new, with more to come soon.
And for collectors who already collect the limited editions, nothing about that program is changing. Congrats on those captures - they are truly special editions at this point. The Gift Shop simply sits alongside it as another part of The Archive.
More posters will be added throughout the year.
